Boren Awards for International Study

The Boren Scholarship for study abroad is funded by the National Security Education Program (NSEP), which focuses on geographic areas, languages, and fields of study deemed critical to U.S. national security.

Summer Awards up to $8,000 are available to eligible students in the STEM fields -- science, technology, engineering, and math (includes architecture).

Semester and Academic Year awards up to $20,000, are open to students of all majors.
