Student Testimonial:

Dear GT Alumni Scholarship Class of 1968:

Thank you for your support on the scholarship! I had a blast while studying abroad in Hong Kong, and it was quite an experience being able to learn in a different environment, experience cultural differences, meet new people, and explore various regions. Not only was I able to collaborate with the locals, I also met a lot of other students and professors there from around the world. It was pleasing to share my thoughts and culture with others and learn about others’ culture as well.

There were a lot of things I had to adapt to while abroad. Among everything, transportation was the biggest difference between abroad and home. It was awesome to have such an exciting semester studying and traveling. I visited several countries and each country was special. Whether it was their food, people, or society, it was amazing. It was an unforgettable experience, and I’m glad I chose to study abroad. It was definitely a fulfilling and memorable experience I would share and recommend to friends and undergraduates and convince them not to miss a great opportunity. Thank GT Alumni Class of 1968! Thanks for your support on study abroad and exchange programs!

Once again thank you for your generosity. On behalf of all recipients, thank you for supporting students at Georgia Institute of Technology.
